1. General Policy

1.1 This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased from Creative&Deluxe (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Money-Back Guarantee (Hosting Services)

2.1 We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on new web hosting packages (shared hosting, VPS, cloud servers) unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Refunds are only available for the first purchase of a hosting service. Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable.
2.3 If you cancel within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of hosting fees.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once activated:

• Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.

• SSL certificates.

• Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS).

• Dedicated servers and custom configurations.

• Setup fees, if applicable.

• Any third-party services purchased on your behalf.

4. Service Cancellations

4.1 You may cancel your services at any time via the Client Portal or by contacting support at support@creative-deluxe.com
