Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules and restrictions for using the hosting and related services of Creative&Deluxe. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. General Principles

1.1 You may only use our services for lawful purposes.
1.2 You are responsible for all content stored, transmitted, or published through your account.
1.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this AUP.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

  • Illegal Content: host, distribute, or link to unlawful material (e.g., child exploitation, pirated software, illegal streaming).

  • Spam: send bulk unsolicited messages (email, SMS, instant messaging).

  • Phishing & Fraud: run deceptive websites, fake shops, or identity theft scams.

  • Malware: host or distribute viruses, trojans, ransomware, or spyware.

  • Denial of Service Attacks: launch or participate in DDoS/DoS attacks.

  • Resource Abuse: run processes that overload CPU, memory, or bandwidth.

  • Copyright Violations: distribute copyrighted works without proper licenses.

  • Cryptocurrency Mining: unless explicitly allowed under your plan.

  • Network Abuse: port scanning, brute force, or hacking attempts.

3. Email and Communication Rules

  • Outbound email must comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, EU ePrivacy).

  • Bulk marketing emails require opt-in and must include unsubscribe links.

  • Use of open mail relays is strictly prohibited.

4. System and Network Security

  • Unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks is prohibited.

  • Attempts to interfere with or disrupt services are forbidden.

  • You must maintain strong passwords and secure software installations.

5. Resource Usage Limits

  • Shared hosting accounts must not exceed normal fair use.

  • Resource-heavy applications (e.g., game servers, video streaming) require a dedicated server or VPS.

  • Excessive use that threatens system stability may lead to suspension.

6. Enforcement

  • Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination without refund.

  • Serious violations (spam, malware, illegal content) may lead to immediate termination.

  • We cooperate with law enforcement when required.
